Leaves are falling in Berlin, it’s getting stormy and cold. In time for the fall semester, my introductory textbook on the German Bundestag has been published. It provides and up-to-date overview of the German Parliament, how it is elected, what functions it fulfills and how it is organized. And I address current challenges and perspectives.
