From Idea to Law – Discussing the Legislative Process
At the Helmut Schmidt University of the Armed Forces, Sven T. Siefken will present and discuss findings from the current research project „cartography of legislation“. The project aims to tracks the legislative process with a special focus on the pre-parliamentary bill drafting in the ministerial departments. It includes the informal phases of coordination and negotiation in coalition governance. The project is a cooperation with the civil society organization “Gestaltungszentrale Politik“.
