Protection of Free Speech in Parliament

The German Section of the International Commission of Jurists held its annual conference at the Bundestag on the topic of protecting free speech in parliament. As a panelist on the concluding podium Sven T. Siefken commented on the developments in parliamentary discourse in recent years, and discussed with Harald Dossi (Director of the Parliament of Austria), Horst Risse (former director of the Bundestag), Nadine Lindner (radio journalist) and Klaus Hempel (TV journalist).
